Semantic text search

In addition to the image search, Partium also enables a smart search by text input. With just a description of the spare part being searched for, the text recognition already finds the product being searched for. Numerous filter options by ID, brand name and spare part dimensions allow a quick search, but individual machine types can also be selected. Additional filter options ensure that the search result is compatible with the desired machine.

This allows users to find the right part without knowing the exact product designation.

Determine by image

The Partium image search makes identifying your parts much easier. The Partium app recognises the parts in their disassembled and assembled state and subsequently enables precise search results through filter options such as designation, dimensions, weight and parts list information. This way, the customer quickly receives the result of the product they are looking for - completely independent of the language.

Bill of material search

In addition to semantic text and image searches, manroland Goss customers can navigate within their press to the spare part they are looking for. The customer can navigate via units and assemblies to the stored material numbers. Filtering is also possible in addition to press-specific navigation. This filter option further limits the product suggestions. The parts list search is therefore particularly recommended for customers who already know in which machine or assembly the article they are looking for is installed.

Contact an expert

If parts identification is not possible, a manroland Goss expert is available to assist customers. He will be happy to help with replacement part identification. Customers can send in up to five photos and enter additional additions and information in a text field. The helpful expert also sees all the customer's entries and filter settings and can thus better understand the customer's approach. The expert then contacts the customer by email or phone.
